The Naked Gun media franchise of some American crime spoof-comedies. They were written and directed by Zucker, Abrahams and Zucker.
The franchise includes one television series and three theatrical movies. They are about a police detective who is not very smart, but is kind. Leslie Nielsen plays Detective Sergeant Franklin "Frank" Drebin. A fourth movie starring Liam Neeson as Frank Drebin Jr. will be released in 2025.
